We're on the 6th floor of the Lincoln Road parking garage, which sounds underwhelming until you're up there with the South Beach skyline and a cold margarita in hand. Miami does outdoor cinema the way Miami does everything: with more food, more drinks, and better weather than anywhere else on the list.
We're open year-round. The sun sets, the screen lights up, and the city carries on below. Adirondack chairs, double loveseats, a premium section with footrests, a full food menu with burgers, pizza, tacos, nachos, and a bar that actually knows what it's doing. No movie ticket? The lounge is open to all. Come for the views, stay for the film.
Doors open early before every movie, so arrive early to grab your seat, order a drink, and soak in the views before the lights go down.

The cinema is located on the 6th floor of the parking garage at 1212 Lincoln Rd. From the ground floor, take the elevator located between SunLife Organics and Dunkin’ off Alton Road. From the garage, take the elevator on the south side (Elevator A, towards 16th Street) of the parking structure - there is no access to the cinema from the elevator on the north side (Elevator C) of the parking garage.
Guests can self-park on floors 2-5 of the onsite parking garage for $10 after validation (which is provided at the Box Office) for up to 3 hours. Entrance to the parking structure is located off 16th Street. If you are arriving via rideshare, ask to be dropped off at the corner of Alton Road and 16th Street.
Guests are seated on a first-come, first-served basis. We always encourage guests to arrive early and all together to ensure they can select their preferred seats.
Screenings are generally all-ages earlier in the day, with evening age restrictions for a more adult atmosphere. Guests below the listed age (13+, 16+, 18+, or 21+) aren’t permitted for that event, and those under 18 must attend with someone 18+. Check the age icon on each event for details.The age icon displayed next to each event is the best reference for that screening’s age requirement. The rooftop is fully exposed to the elements so please check the weather before attending. During daytime screenings you may want to apply sunblock, cover your shoulders and wear a hat, and on cool evenings bring a jacket or your favorite blanket.
No Refunds, but There's Always a Sequel!: All ticket sales are final (no refunds!), but if your plans get lost in the Matrix, you can transfer your tickets to another screening anytime before showtime—no extra charge, no hassle. We do everything we can to keep the movie magic alive, but if the weather pulls a plot twist, we’ll call it off and let you know at least one hour prior to the film start time via email. You can then choose to reschedule or get a full refund if you’ve opted for Weather Protection. For live updates, just check the screening status—think of it like checking the weather on your favorite movie's thumbnail!

We are Social Cinema – talk, laugh, text and snap to your heart’s content, but please be respectful of other guest’s experience, especially once the film begins. Unruly, disruptive or unnecessarily loud guests will be asked to leave.
All of our venues are wheelchair accessible, with elevator access to the cinema level. At South Beach, the cinema is located on the 6th floor of a parking structure, so please use the south side elevator for access. Wheelchair tickets: Guests in wheelchairs can book tickets in the area they’d like to sit, and our team will assist with getting you situated on arrival.
