It's the film that took mockumentaries to the next level featuring an assortment of characters we've all met in our real lives. An aspiring director and the marginally talented amateur cast of a hokey small-town Missouri musical production go overboard when they learn that someone from Broadway will be in attendance. From director Christopher Guest (Best in Show) and starring Eugene Levy, Catherine O'Hara, Fred Willard, and Parker Posey with, of course, Christopher Guest himself as Corky St. Clair.
