Movie and event ticket sales
On-site food and beverage services
User accounts and communications
Marketing communications (including SMS)
User-generated content (reviews, uploads)
Third-party integrations (e.g., Klaviyo, Meta, Google, Snapchat)
Age restrictions vary by venue and event. Some events may be all ages with a guardian, while others may be restricted (including 21+). You are responsible for complying with all venue-specific entry requirements.
All tickets are subject to availability and venue-specific terms
Event details (time, location, lineup) may change
Entry may require valid ID and/or original payment method
Late arrivals may not be admitted
Refunds, credits, or exchanges may be offered at our discretion. However, nothing in this section limits your legal rights.
Where required by applicable law (including the UK, EU, or certain Canadian jurisdictions), you may be entitled to a refund or remedy if:
An event is cancelled
The service is not provided as described
We are unable to deliver the purchased service
Except where required by law, we may deny requests including:
Missed events
Late arrival
User error at checkout
Food and beverage are sold on-site and subject to venue rules
Outside food and drink may be restricted
Alcohol service requires valid ID and compliance with local laws
We reserve the right to refuse service
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain account security
Accept responsibility for all account activity
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
You agree not to:
Use Services unlawfully
Interfere with operations
Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access.
9. USER CONTENT
By submitting content (reviews, images, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages, including promotions, reminders, and alerts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where mandatory local laws apply in your jurisdiction.

For users located in the United States:
Disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration
You waive the right to class actions and jury trials
For users in jurisdictions where arbitration is restricted or unenforceable (including parts of Canada and the UK):
