Arrive early to take in the views and play games with Downtown Los Angeles as your backdrop.
The cinema is located on the 4th floor terrace of the Level Hotel. From South Olive street, enter the valet parking garage (between Qwench Juice Bar and Cognoscenti Coffee) and follow the signs to the garage elevator. Once there, a cinema usher will give you access to the 4th floor. Please note, there is no access to the cinema from the hotel lobby elevators.
Guests can self-park in the two surface lots across the street, at the corner of S Olive St and W 9th St – the rates range between $10-$12. If you are arriving via rideshare, ask to be dropped off at the South Olive St valet garage entrance to the Level Hotel.
Fireside Films is back for the season! Snuggle up with your favorite person in a cozy loveseat with a personal heater while you watch your favorite movies under the stars. Each ticket comes with a complimentary gourmet hot chocolate.
No Reserved Seating: Guests are seated on a first-come, first-served basis. We always encourage guests to arrive early and all together to ensure they can select their preferred seats.
Age Policy: All Fireside events with heaters are 13+ for safety, as the equipment is designed for adult use. After 7pm, our events are 18+. Please check your event page for any specific age guidelines.
The Great Outdoors: The rooftop is fully exposed to the elements so please check the weather before attending. On cooler evenings, we recommend you bring a jacket or your favorite blanket to be extra cozy during your screening.
No Refunds, but There's Always a Sequel!: All ticket sales are final (no refunds!), but if your plans get lost in the Matrix, you can transfer your tickets to another screening anytime before showtime—no extra charge, no hassle. Need more flexibility? Add Weather Protection at checkout and get a full refund if the weather decides to go all Sharknado on you. For details, check out our Ticket Transfer Instructions page.
Weather Disruptions: We do everything we can to keep the movie magic alive, but if the weather pulls a plot twist, we’ll call it off and let you know at least one hour prior to the film start time via email. You can then choose to reschedule or get a full refund if you’ve opted for Weather Protection. For live updates, just check the screening status—think of it like checking the weather on your favorite movie's thumbnail!
Cashless operations: We are a cashless business, so please come prepared with your debit or credit card to purchase food and beverage onsite.
No BYO: Outside food and drinks will not be allowed into the venue.
Guest Behavior: We are Social Cinema – talk, laugh, text and snap to your heart’s content, but please be respectful of other guest’s experience, especially once the film begins. Unruly, disruptive or unnecessarily loud guests will be asked to leave.
