Skyline Views: Time your visit to take in the sun setting over South Beach, watch a movie under the stars, bask in the full moon at midnight or enjoy the warmth of the sun in the daytime. Regardless of the time of day, you are guaranteed a stunning view of the Miami skyline.
Games: Arrive early to hang out and enjoy your favorite lawn games like corn hole and giant Jenga, or table games like Cards Against Humanity and Connect 4.
Food & Snacks: Treat yourself to cinema snack favorites from our concessions stand including fresh popcorn, candy and soft drinks. You can see their classic cinema concessions menu here. For a more substantial fare, the food menu includes gourmet hot dogs, stone fired pizza and lite bites such as nachos, pretzels and crudités.
Full Bar: For the 21+ crowd, our bar menu offers cocktails, wine, beer, hard seltzers and bubbles, as well as cold brew and mocktails.
Movie Magic: Our program is hand-picked and features everything from cult films, to classics, to new releases. When the movie starts, you'll be able to live completely in those movie moments with state-of-the-art wireless headphones and an amazing view of our 24-foot LED screen.
Seating and Layout: We offer three different seating types at this venue: an adjustable Lounge seat, an Adirondack chair for one and a double-width Adirondack Loveseat for two. Please see below for the seating layout.
Tickets: Prices range from $19.75 - $29.75, depending on seat type and ticket inclusions.

Transportation & parking: The cinema is located on the 6th floor of the parking garage at 1212 Lincoln Rd. Guests can self-park on floors 2-5 of the onsite parking garage for $10 after validation (which is provided at the Box Office) for up to 3 hours. Entrance to the parking structure is located off 16th Street. If you are arriving via rideshare, ask to be dropped off at the corner of Alton Road and 16th Street.
Getting to the rooftop: The cinema is located on the 6th floor of the parking garage at 1212 Lincoln Rd. From the ground floor, take the elevator located between SunLife Organics and Dunkin’ off Alton Road. From the garage, take the elevator on the south side (Elevator A, towards 16th Street) of the parking structure - there is no access to the cinema from the elevator on the north side (Elevator C) of the parking garage.
No Reserved Seating: Guests are seated on a first-come, first-served basis. We always encourage guests to arrive early and all together to ensure they can select their preferred seats.
18+ Only: This cinema is open exclusively to guests 18 years and older.
The Great Outdoors: The rooftop is fully exposed to the elements so please check the weather before attending. During daytime screenings you may want to apply sunblock, cover your shoulders and wear a hat, and on cool evenings bring a jacket or your favorite blanket.
Weather disruptions: We make every effort for our screenings to go ahead. However, if inclement weather will affect your movie experience, we’ll cancel the screening and notify you at least one hour prior to the film start time via email with details on how to transfer your tickets to another screening or obtain a refund. You can always check the current status of a screening on its thumbnail visible on the venue page.
Transfers & Refunds: You're welcome to transfer your tickets to a different screening at any point before your original screening time at no cost. For more information, please check out our Ticket Transfer Policy page. Refunds are only offered when a screening is canceled.
Cashless operations: We are a cashless business, so please come prepared with your debit or credit card to purchase food and beverage onsite.
No BYO: Outside food or drinks will not be allowed into the venue.
Guest Behavior: We are Social Cinema – talk, laugh, text and snap to your heart’s content, but please be respectful of other guest’s experience, especially once the film begins. Unruly, disruptive or unnecessarily loud guests will be asked to leave.
