Skyline Views: Time your visit to take in the sun setting over the cinema, watch a movie under the stars, bask in the full moon at midnight or enjoy the warmth of the sun in the daytime. Regardless of the time of day, you are guaranteed an expansive view of LA’s Westside skyline.
Food & Snacks: Treat yourself to classic cinema concessions including fresh popcorn (vegan), candy and soft drinks. For a more substantial fare, we also offer food such as hot dogs, pretzels, and nachos.
Bar: Our partner, Hi-Lo Liquor, is bringing the best of the local craft beer scene, regional wines, hard kombuchas and refreshing spritz and mocktail concoctions to the cinema. Click here to view the bar menu.
Pregame: Arrive early to soak in the good vibes at our cinema lounge, a whimsical space with photo opportunities, lawn games, table games and outdoor seating to ease into your rooftop experience. Just check the doors times in your ticket to confirm how early you can arrive!
Movie Magic: Our program is hand-picked and features everything from cult films, to classics, to new releases. When the movie starts, you'll be able to live completely in those movie moments with state-of-the-art wireless headphones and an amazing view of our 24-foot LED screen.
Seating and Layout: We offer three different seating types at this venue: an adjustable Lounge Chair, an Adirondack chair for one and a double-width Adirondack Loveseat for two. Please see below for the seating layout.
Tickets: Prices range from $16.50 - $26.50, depending on seat type, ticket inclusions and time of day.

Transportation & parking: The cinema is located on the 4th floor of the private parking structure at 1310 E Franklin Ave – look for the building with a ramp. Cinema guest parking is restricted to the 4th level only, has limited availability and must be reserved in advance – spots cannot be booked onsite. There is free street-level parking along Franklin Ave.
Getting to the rooftop: If you park on the street, walk to the northwest corner of the building where there is an elevator that can take you to the 4th level. If you want to get your steps in, there are also stairs to the 4th level next to the elevator entrance. If parking in the private parking structure, you will be on level 4 and the cinema is just steps away. Please note, the entrance ramp is not for pedestrians and cannot be used to access the cinema by foot – please use the elevator or stairs.
No Reserved Seating: Guests are seated on a first-come, first-served basis. We always encourage guests to arrive early and all together to ensure they can select their preferred seats.
Children: Screenings after 4:30pm are strictly 18+. Screenings starting prior to 4:30pm are open to all ages, but kids 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Please note, our one-size headphones are best suited for children ages 5 and up.
The Great Outdoors: The rooftop is fully exposed to the elements so please check the weather before attending. During daytime screenings you may want to apply sunblock, cover your shoulders and wear a hat, and on cool evenings bring a jacket or your favorite blanket.
Weather disruptions: We make every effort for our screenings to go ahead. However, if inclement weather will affect your movie experience, we’ll cancel the screening and notify you at least one hour prior to the film start time via email with details on how to transfer your tickets to another screening or obtain a refund. You can always check the current status of a screening on its thumbnail visible on the venue page.
Transfers & Refunds: You're welcome to transfer your tickets to a different screening at any point before your original screening time at no cost. For more information, please check out our Ticket Transfer Policy page. Refunds are only offered when a screening is canceled.
Cashless operations: We are a cashless business, so please come prepared with your debit or credit card to purchase food and beverage onsite.
BYO Food: Guests are permitted to bring outside food to enjoy at this Rooftop location, unless specified on the ticket purchase page. However, outside drinks will not be allowed into the venue.
Guest Behavior: We are Social Cinema – talk, laugh, text and snap to your heart’s content, but please be respectful of other guest’s experience, especially once the film begins. Unruly, disruptive or unnecessarily loud guests will be asked to leave.
